when I get an excel document (versionyear doesn't matter) my options are only to open the attachment. I have no option to download the excel file or edit it. My coworker has the option to download to a folder on his phone. Why don't I have this option and what should i do? is there a way to uninstall and reinstall docs to go on my phone maybe?

Updated- I untinstalled docs to go, reinstalled it, and still don't have the option of downloading excel documents. I can only view them and can not save or edit them. ANy ideas?

Have you gone into the main docs to go word icon and actually accepted their EULA and all that?

I'm not sure, but possibly you have to purchase the paid version to do more than just open and view files.
