Im a new bb user and accidentally deleted my documents to go off my 8330 curve (verizon). I cant figure out how to get it back on there. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bb device manager (think thats what it is called) but when I go to the app loader screen it doesnt bring the documents to go up for me to d/l. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check in your Desktop Manager, click on Application loader & look in their to see if it's their & if so is it checked.

It isnt showing up under the app loader on the desktop manager. :-(

Do you know if the BlackBerry's OS is loaded on your pc? Check in the control panel under add/remove to see if it's installed on the pc.

Im not near my laptop right now because I am at work, but I will check that out when I get home tonight.

I checked under add/remove programs and I didn't see the bb os there.any suggestions anyone?

download the 4.5 os again on your pc, hook you bb up, and reinstall it on your bb. This happpened to me with messenger and i did this and worked. doesnt delete any data or apps either.
