If you use Microsoft Office Outlook, and use the native Tasks app on the blackberry, they will sync fine.

I second this. Tasks syncs great with my Windows 7 PC running Outlook 2010.

Great idea except I'm looking for wireless sync - also I use mozilla's version of outlook, sorry I forgot the name! :-)

Sorry that's only for email not tasks, also there's a much simpler way to sync email with thunderbird.
