    I was wondering if anyone knows of a good calender app other than the one that comes on the BB. I want to be able to categorize different appts with different colors. Similar to how my WM6 calendar worked.

    Pocket Day has a 30 day trial. You can give that a shot.

    Also when OS 4.5 is released (I have no idea when) you will
    be able to do that.

    Pocket Informant for BlackBerry is in beta testing. It was a terrific Windows Mobile PIM that could do what you asked for. I'm interested to see how it ports to the BlackBerry. I'm not part of the beta.

    PI seems a bit to slow on my curve and crashed it at least once. As far as I can tell, the only value it adds is a week view where you can actually read the text of appointments.

    I have 4.5 and my calendar is not color coded. What am I doing wrong? I would love to have that.

    Ok I see that. So you can only use one color. Like Google you can set different colors for different things.

    I just tried pocket day and I have say that I am impressed. It has more customizations than any other BB app I have used, runs fast and even has hot keys launching other apps. It definitely brings more value for your 20 bux.
