I'm going to wipe my device now and re install the os.

Ive bought 2 apps recently via BB App World. Will I lose them?

Wipe and reinstall should remove all data I believe.

After reinstallation go to your account in App World. You should be able to retrieve your registration codes to put the apps back in service. Download and reinstall the apps and enter the codes from your account.
