I know this has probably been answered, but I cannot find the answer. I have a Dell Inspiron laptop. I have downloaded the Desktop Manager for Blackberry and I have a Curve 8530. I have tried several times to use the app, but when I attach my curve to my laptop it immediately starts restarting over and over and then error message and cannot get my curve to load or restart. I can use the app on my PC, but not on my laptop, so have not been able to upgrade, backup, etc. I did finally get my curve to reload, but am leery about connecting it again to my laptop. Frustrating.
