How do you delete a app if it is archived?

I don't know how this happened what I can't seem to delete it, it's not even listed on my applications list.

what's the app? i deleted my facebook app only to find the icon still on my screen, but when i clicked on it i learned it was only a link to the download site.

If you downloaded it from BB App World, you need to go delete it from App World. Just go to the list of downloaded apps and there should be an option to uninstall.
