    yes but i dont see anything that says anything about texas holdem or any of the other games. i did back up with bbsak too could this have caused it ?

    No. But since you have BBSAK, you may as well take a look thru there and see if it's available to reinstall...

    Buford I don't know what else to tell you. If nothing works try calling or going to Verizon. They might be able to push or maybe resend some kind of service books back to your phone for the games.
