I am thinking about using some LED app but I have noticed it messes with your sound profiles. Meaning all of my manually set vibration or sound sets for specific events go to default. Or at least that has been my experience.

I have been wondering how to set up any LED app so that the LED can reflect multiple outstanding events, emails, etc. at the same time. And how to preserve the sound profiles through installation.

I unfortunately don't have the new feature in 7.1.0.755 so if there is a work-around for the native feature that will work as well.
