How do I mute the email and Facebook alerts(the alert sounds that tell you you have a new email or new Facebook post) at bedtime, but keep the phone ringer on?

go into your alarm, open the options menu and turn on Bedside Mode. when you plug your phone in to charge at night, it will automatically go into bedside mode and you can pick which alerts will sound. i have mine setup to mute everything except the phone. keep in mind that if you don't plug the phone in to charge, you'll have to manually turn on bedside mode.
alternately you can create a new sound profile and then manually select it at night.
