Just got my blackberry curve 9300 a couple of days ago after previously owning a bold 9700 before breaking it. My problem is that in the app world it says ive only got 4.4mb's of space free highlighted in red and i carnt work out why this is? Ive only installed 8 apps that add up to a total of 20mb? does this have something to do with the apps i downloaded on my old device

Which OS version are you running?

If you're on OS6 there's not much place left for apps. Shrinking the OS will help. Look into your settings how much memory is left. Try a soft reset to get back lost memory.
