Hey Everyone,

Well I though I would get a form created at CrackBerry since it seems to be the best site for all of your berry needs.

The first post is just about the current version of the application version 1.0.18.

The application can be downloaded from software.crackberry.com web site:

Here are a list of items added to BBGPSGolf in this version:

Let me know how it goes! I really think this is a good version and should make a lot of people happy.

I will try to update the wiki with all of the new items with Screen shots.

If the OTA download does not work then please try the Desktop Manager install:

Desktop manager install.

• On your computer download the following zip file:
• http://www.bbgpsgolf.com/app/1.0.18/BBGPSGolf.zip
• Extract that zip file to a folder on your computer.
• Open up BlackBerry Desktop Manager application on your computer
• Click on the Application loader within Desktop Manager.
• Connect your BlackBerry to your computer via USB cable.
• Within the Applocation loader wizard you should be able to broswer for the alx file that was placed in the folder where you extracted the zip file.

These steps were taken from Desktop manager 4.7

When will the Version for the Bold 9700 Come out?

It will work on the 9700 without any issues.

I can't find my old rounds when clicking that item and I see I have the current version you discuss in your November release. I do see my data on my SD card on the device in the BBGPSgolf folder and cannot see a place to put the path to find my local data. I do see that autoupdate is a feature so I figure I had that selected in the old version but now see that all my preferences have changed so the update doesn't save preferences?

Downloaded the app recently, added a course, and can't wait to try it out! I know that right now I'm 8578 yards from hole #1, if only I can get off work I'll be there!

Tried the app out today right next to a skycaddie, and it performed just as well, and it's free!!!!! Yeah!!! Finally, stickin' it to the man! (Also shot an 87, which for a guy who shoots in the 90s, that's pretty good!)

Hi,

This looks like a great app. I only need something simple and this looks great. Am currently mapping Drayton Park Course in UK and hopefully all will work fine. I will let you know. I have a Storm 2 mobile so it should be ok.
