i just got crunch sms for the curve & i need help.... i went to security firewall n disable sms so it does not pop up in my mail box... well when i use to get text an icon would show up on the top part my screen... i get icons for miss calls, BBMS & MMS but not for SM.... how can i get a little icon to pop up on top when i get a message in crunch sms
its impossible for the os 4.5, if u have a the 8330 update it to the os 5.0 and it should work, i should be right if im wrong feel free to read the faq located on their website
What everyone else said is true. 4.5 won't give you a popup notification at the top; you should either update to 5.0 (use a hybrid) or check out leave it on.

I've got 5.0 and it still won't give you the crunch sms logo at the top. It's in the FAQ. It won't give the icon, but it should still give you the vibration and tone or whatever your profile is set to.
