Is anyone using this app successfully? If so I'd love to hear details on how you're using it since I can't get it to work as advertised. It seems to backup contacts ok but when I edit the .xls file and try to restore it it bombs on the last step saying it can't restore the file. It shows the edited file just fine but fails on the final step.
Also, if I try to view a backup .xls created by the app using its interface, view excel, my 9930 goes comatose and eventually I do a battery pull to recover.
It got great reviews on App World but I see no evidence of 5 stars for this app. On the other hand maybe I'm doing something wrong?
