Probably wrong forum in CB to ask but is the Java OS like Windows where even though you've deleted an app, you still have old remnants of the deleted app hanging around that can potentially slow down the system?

If so, I assume then it is recommended to periodically do a clean install if you are adding/deleting lots of apps. Is this correct?

    Thanks.

I know that when you delete a service book you can hit "undelete" even after a battery pull...not your Q I know.

Also, it probably depends on how you install/ uninstall since I know u can archive apps in app world
