I installed the update from BB AppWorld and low and behold the darn thing actually works!

I installed it originally a couple of months ago and was never able to login with it. However the update fixes what ever the problem was. I logged in tonight, checked balances, moved a few shekles around, etc. Sweet. Very nice to have a functioning banking application. Not the best designed app for sure but handy non the less.

If you've never used the app before, check out the 'deposit by check image' feature. Pretty handy.
