I deleted the twitter app because it wasn't updating.

Tried to re-install but it doesn't give me the option to do so, it just says it's uninstalled?

How can I re-install it! Please help before I throw this blooming blackberry out the window!!!

Assuming your trying to install again from App World? If so, when in App World hold ALT and press R S T. That will rest App World and may do the trick. If not, you can try going to blackberry.com/twitter from your device and install that way (I think)
