While my BB 83100 Curve is connection to the download location I get the following error.
HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error

Is this on my end or theirs?

Try this: From the BB Browse, press menu and Go To. Then press menu again and Change Browser. Select Internet Browser. Try accessing the site again. Also make sure that in the options for the BB browser emulation mode is set to BlackBerry.

Opera Mini can't handle OTA downloads. The problem is that when you download something OTA, the server reads the user agent of the browser you are using to determine what file to send you. This is why you have to use the BB Browser with the correct emulation mode. It will tell the server you are using a BlackBerry and what your model is. Opera Mini does not do this, therefore the server thinks you are browsing from a PC.

Go to Options -> Advanced -> Applications
Highlight Nav4All
Click Menu key and select Edit Permissions
Make sure everything is set to "Allow"
