I had to reload the O.S. on my phone after it crashed, and now I can't find the application center (even though a notification at the top says I have something to update), my maps app, and several other things.

I've gone to http://blackberry.com/appcenter and downloaded something, but nothing shows up on my display. There is nothing hidden in any of my folders, or my home screen. I've looked.

    Any help?

It may be hidden. Bring up the Blackberry menu on your home screen and select 'Show All'.

I'm having the same problem, installed it to get an app and haven't seen it since.

App center is kinda moot since you can just use appworld. But to answer your original post, I don't know why it's not showing up. Does it show under your installed applications in options>applications?

I'm not entirely sure how to get it to show back up. Have you tried searching for "missing app world" or something like that? You might get more helpful threads.
