So I downloaded Fox News Alert and I think it's causing problems on my phone. Now the sucker just won't go away. It doesn't show up in my applications screen on my BB, and it doesn't show up in my application list on BB DM. Does anyone have a clue where the option to completely delete this app could be hidden?

I don't understand. You say that it doesn't show up anywhere (in dm or the application screen). So, why do you think it's still there?

Normally, when you want to delete an app, you go to options>advanced options>applications, then find the app you want to remove, highlight it (don't click it, just select it), hit menu>delete.

Fox News alert is a blackberry websignal: BlackBerry - Web Signals - Fox News, meaning you register your email address and it pushes news alerts to your phone, it's not a traditional app in the sense of the word.

The working icon is on my home screen, but it's not in my applications list. I have no place to delete it.
