As the title of this thread states, is it possible to sell the license keys to apps one no longer uses? I have many apps that I either no longer use or I found a better app that does the same thing, and would be interested in selling the license key, but was wondering if it was generated specifically off of my pin.

Sure you can, even if it's pin specific just get a new licence based on the pin of the new device just as if you switched devices yourself.
