I just got my Curve with VZW and I already see some junk on my phone that I dont want or will use like facebook. I tried deleting this thru ops/applications but its not listed there. Anyway to delete this completely off my phone. I don't want to hide the icom just completely remove it.

Good question. Id like to know, as well. I thought I deleted it, went to apps and everything. It was gone for a few days, then one day there it was again on my home screen. And now not available for deletion in my apps.

It's as service book. Nothing you can do but hide the icon.

You can delete the service book, but everytime you resend it, it'll come back. AT&T also puts junk on their phones.

Options > Advanced > Service books.

You're welcome. Just remember that everytime you resend your service books, it'll come back. You have to keep deleting them.

Thanks for the tip I am not 12years old and have no use for face book. I appreciate the tip. Any idea on spell check I used to have a pearl for Verizon and it had spell check now I can't locate that on the curve?
