I got the Call Blocker Pro installed on my 9930 even though it is not listed in the compatible list. Seems to work just fine? It has a full 14 day trial with the full community blacklist included.

I use Call Blocker Pro and it works like a charm. Never had a problem with it. Just make sure all permissions are set to allow. Highly recommended app.
