It looks like this question hasnt been asked in awhile. I'm looking for an calender/to-do app that I can also keep my schedule on and set up reminders for meetings and events. I dont like the blackberry calender at all and dont want to have to update everything from my computer via Outlook. Any ideas?

You might want to check out pocket informant. It's a great program that reminds you of upcoming events as well as gives you different looks at your calendar such as agenda view / monthly view / daily view ect. It can remind you of tasks for the day and other tasks that are in you calendar views. You can also search for contacts and email all in one program! Highly recommended !!
