I somehow lost my Browser app and can't retrieve it. It's not hidden, and I can't get it back from the desktop manager. Any suggestions?

Ultimately that is all you have to do. The phone just needs to reconnect itself to the server. Once the handshake is complete it pushes the service books to you. registering the HRT just speeds the process up.
