anybody had problems with bplay support.

I bought the crossbar theme and am waited 10 days to get a response. I opened 2 support tickets via the website and 1 direct email. They are claiming I was lost in thier spam filter.

I am pissed that it took ten days and 3 times just to get a response. Am I the only one having trouble with that?

I got a next day response. I had to format my phone and lost it. I contacted them and got it sent to me the same day they responded.
