So, I was just thinking... It hurt, but I came up with this idea. I couldn't find it when I did a search, maybe not using the right wording.
Anyways, I was wondering if it was possible to make an app to not BLOCK unknown or private numbers, but one that only allows those number through if the caller agrees.
I'm not even sure if this can be done using an app, but on my house phone, if someone with a blocked number calls, they will get a prompt saying "This number subcribes to a service which blocks unknown numbers, press 1 to display your number and be connected" if they don't want to press one then the call would be blocked.
Is it even possible to get an app like this? Or would it have to be done by your carrier? (I don't think Rogers even has this)
