Not able to use it on the Blackberry Storm or Verizon in general. More and more I'm annoyed with things being released and Verizon not being in the equation... :-(
AT&T
Cellular One
Sprint (*does not include Nextel and Boost)
/cry I still might have to try downloading one of the Curve models and try it on my 8350i. No Nextel. Hopefully they don't want to have to support Nextel's slow data network, but maybe it'll work on wifi.
When you buy it, they give you a link to download it and block "unsupported" device... Tried downloading the 8320 one into my 8330 and they didn't let me download it...
Maybe if someone download a working version and upload the files somewhere it will work...
I'm not sure the about fact that your provider is not supported is really a problem... They probly just ask that to be able to send you the link via sms... But they also give you the link on the webpage.
Well none the less the Storm isn't an option, and Verizon isn't a carrier listed. If anyone can post a download link it would be greatly appreciated.
That won't work. Each mobile app has a unique serial number just like the physical authenticator does. That serial number is how the authenticator synchs to battle.net. If you downloaded someone else's mobile authenticator you wouldn't be able to attach it to your account.
That's actually pretty cool. Smart move by Blizzard, just one more way to prevent your account from being hacked/stolen. I don't play WoW, but as a player of MMORPG's that is a lifesaver for some.
Well it appears to not work with 4.5 which is probably why there is no support for the new models. I am in the process of downgrading to 4.3 to see what happens. My phone has been a bit quirky since I loaded 4.5 anyway.
There never was an official 4.2 release for the Sprint Curve so 4.3 is the lowest I can go without hacking it.
Downgraded to v4.22.. still couldnt download to my Curve 9310. Technical Support is non-existent by Blizz or Echovox. Emailed Echovox on their Support Page, but am still waiting. Echovox Phone-in support was lacking, too. They knew nothing of about a problem.

Actually you can have an authenticator connected to more than one account, but the problem is since it is a program for a phone they can tell if it is on more than one phone, they say you have to pay for each copy even if something happens to your phone, no refund or transer. . .so yeah this couldnt work anyway =/
