I'm sure many of you have heard of Blackberry Smart Tool before. I have searched high and low to find this myself. I was wondering if anyone could help me out a little more. Either if someone has it or if someone knows where I can acquire it would be greatly appreciated.

I have dug all over there and have not been able to get any of the links out there to work. Not to mention every link i have found goes to the exact same place and always times out
My wondering behind it is if someone would be able to replace the phone they were using with a phone that was from a different carrier. Since the larger companies won't let you bring in a phone with a different branding on it. Even when it is the exact same device.
