I recently upgraded to a new phone because my Bold finally gave out a few days ago. I downloaded the Blackberry Protect app in May of this year and ticked the box to keep all backups. Before my Bold decided to pass, I checked and had all my backups since May. On my new phone, I only have the option to backup from 2 different backups from September.
Is there anyway I can retrieve the backups from May? I had some MMS messages that got deleted in August and really need that May backup. Should I downgrade my OS to the one I had on my Bold?
