    Have a BB 8350i and just bought a Playbook. Can't download the Bridge App or any other app at this point. Just been on the phone with Tech Support to find out what is going on. Any insight?

    where are you trying to download bridge from? What OS are you on?

    Tried app world through the device and Blackberry Desktop without result.
    It is a Mike phone which I believe might be an issue.

    I hope someone can chime in here, but its my understanding that all OS5 and higher BB's should work. Did you try the OTA?

    OTA means over the air. You can download directly through your blackberry phone browser. Heres a link to the ota and .alx if you want to use desktop manager.
