I recently purchased a blackberry 8330......fully flashed to metro pcs....I have working internet..mms...and text....My only problem is i don't have the software that comes with the phone....I want to be able to modify my phone and add games....apps...rington...etc....Do i have to have the c.d. in order to do these things or can I do it str8 from the phone? any help is appreciated....thanx in advance..

You would want to download app world. You can get a majority of apps from there. To answer your question, no, you don't need the cd.

If you need Desktop Manager, you can go to BlackBerry.com and download it from there.

Some apps require you to use DM in order to download and add them on you phone. These files would be ZIP files.

Then there are a lot that only require you to use your phones browser to download directly to your phone. These would be OTA files.

I believe you can get appworld at mobile.blackberry.com and yes you'll need the browser.

hey guys i also have metro flashed curve but i need an IM client and IM+ free trial ran out and instago and beejive keep giving me errors
