Are there any specific error messages or anything like that?

Is it just native apps like Whatsapp and Truecaller or does this problem extend to Android apps as well?

What OS version do you have on your Z10?

If the problem is as systemic as you describe , perhaps a security wipe?

Try a security wipe, without a restore. Unless you tried that already.

As in, try to install a new OS yourself and see if it fixes the problem.
