    I traveled overseas and back in US now. When I tried to access Blackberry App World application but it gives me error - "Upgrade your service plan to be able to access the Apps"

    I already reinstalled the app, but same error. Please help me to get the app working.

    Did you have at&t change anything on your phone/service when you went overseas? App world is only available in certain countries. They may have your phone listed as international etc, which may be keeping you from directly accessing appworld on your phone. Also may try a battery pull and see if that works.

    I changed sim card to the corresponding international carrier. I tried a battery pull already while changing the card.

    Any other suggestions?

    Only suggestion would be to call 611 and see if they can make sure all your settings are correct.

    I did. 611 said that they do not support the applications. They just support the Internet on the phone. This would have to be dealt with by BB.
