I have been trying to refresh my application list in App World to check for updates, but it comes up with an error message each time... It has only been happening today.
Is anybody else having this issue? or know why this is happening?

worked fine for me just now...!
I reinstalled App World and it refreshed the first time and now again it is coming up with the error message..
I started a thread about this today myself. I noticed it this morning. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled and even tried an earlier version from rroyy.com. I'm guessing at this point that it's something that will be "fixed" soon and I definitely feel better knowing I'm not alone. :) Please post back when it starts working again or you find a fix.
It seems to be just us 9930s I have noticed so far.. My Mom has a Torch 9850 and hers refreshes just fine. Some times RIM and BlackBerry don't make sense. I hope this is resolved soon...
I'm still not able to refresh the installed application list in App World, but my 9930 and App World notified me of an update for one of my installed apps in my messages and notification area. Weird...

Still not working! I've searched the forums up and down and the only thing that I haven't tried is reinstalling my os. Could this be related to the recent BBID update? I think the problem started at the same time I got the update? Gonna use bbsak today and look for App World cods and delete them all. I'll reinstall App World and see if it works. If not, I might be doing some os stuff. Sigh!
I had a problem with Appworld a couple of days ago and it had to do with the fact that I had installed Appworld that was not from my region. I had to completely remove Appworld and reinstall it from the blackberry website using the BB browser.

I have a 9930 and just tried it and mine refreshes fine. I also had the BBID update several days ago. Know this doesn't help you fix it but wanted to let you know it is working fine for some. Sorry and hope you get it figured out. Stuff like this always drives me crazy when it happens to me. :(
I have Verizon and today they rolled out a software update so I updated my 9930. I tried to refresh my app world installed apps list after software installation and still the same error shows up. So I'm guessing it has to do with app world..But I hope it gets figured out soon...
App World just came out with an update today and still my app world comes up with that error..
Anybody else have any findings about this error?
