I was very excited to see the coming of the App World. I downloaded the programs and went to access it and seemed to be having some connection issues.

The more I looked into it the more I realized it was not a connection issue specifically with my phone. I would in the US for Swiss owned company. Our BB server is in Swtizerland. As my luck would have it App World only workd in North America.

So now the question is how does one access some of the App World stuff? This is not web site... only by the RIM device.

Any thoughts or have I just missed an obvious method? Please do just tell me to shop here. I already do that....

Appworld isn't all that great to be honest. You are better off downloading your apps directly on your own without the Appworld application taking up resources on your BB.

app world is a pain to use, crackberry.com is a much better resource
