I received a replacement Tour from Verizon because of trackball issues. Bing does not work on the replacement. The error msg is data not available. Please check the settings of Mobile Network. I have tried checking and resetting several things to no avail. Also did battery pull. GPS works for Blackberry maps. I have not tried deleting it and reinstalling. Any ideas appreciated.
Consider yourself lucky you don't have to be burdened with Bing. Use Google. You can either install the Google app for search and links to everything, or the Opera browser that still has the Google search bar built right in. Shame on VZW from taking away this option!
