Neither of the two are set to auto refresh, manual intervention is required for an update. The apps are exited out of, yet they remain resident in memory consuming over 800 KB of resources. The expected behavior is for both apps to remain in a Not Running state. Is it possible to fully exit out of BeWeather and BeReader so that no resources are claimed when the apps are closed?
