Beta users invited: New app Battery Saver!
Dear All,
While the private beta for Missed Call LED and new version of highly popular Animated Screensavers are on verge of completion, we are almost ready with our next project - Battery Saver.
This app enables you to manage Battery performance of your BlackBerry. There would have been instances when you forgot to turn off radio or Wi-Fi while traveling, which resulted in a drained battery within few hours. No more tension about battery usage by background processes or low signals for frequent wanderers. This app manages it all for you! Attached is a screenshot for an idea.
We want to test run this app for different device types and OS. In case you are interested in trying a pre-release app please post below your device model and full OS version so that we can get the ball rolling. I think we will start with a small group (maybe the first 15 to reply) for private beta.
Best Regards,

Tour with OS 5 .419
I hike a lot and there are a lot of places with no or low signal and if I forget to Manage Connections, my battery will drain really fast. So I am interested in testing this app. - 06-12-2010, 08:18 AM #8
