Where do you guys usually get App for you BB? BB App World, CB App Store or from the official website of the program? which one is the best way to get apps. I want to get PodTrapper app $9.99 for my Tour but i'm not sure where i should get it from. They have it in BB app world, CB app store and i can also get it from their official website...

It really doesn't matter. MobiHand will store your device pin and serial numbers, making swapping devices much easier. App World will notify you of updates to any installed programs.
