I've had my best luck with "shangmail" its very easy to setup pushes the emails straight to your device inbox. Recently I have been trying out the gmail appm it works great however I can't get it to push straight to the device, so I'd stick to shangmail, hope this helps you

I get as far as downloading the zip files for shangmail...and then from there I'm stuck @ trying to get it onto my BB
