    That is the paid version of BatteryEx. It's a very cool app which allows you to customize the skins and make your BB look cool

    A lot of people here swear by it and it is hands down one of the most used battery apps

    I use SmartBlndie. It puts a small batt icon/% on top of the phone below the time.

    I like 6tools by shao-soft - does a lot more than provide the battery notification.
