your phone (if it is a BB) does NOT vibrate and ring at the same time by default. it will vibrate THEN ring but not both at the same time unless you get bebuzz or buzzme or some other app that does it.

it does to do it both at the same time in os 5.0 there is a option look into it

I believe vibrate when ringing has been a standard for a while now.

It's built-in the 9700, isn't? I have it on my Flip, but on the Bold it does both without me installing that app.
