The default radar us pretty lame. There's a spot to add a URL. Anybody have a good site for one?

I use the link from the image on NOAA's site. just copy the link associated with the GIF animated radar image. I also have the radar from my local tv affiliate's mobile site. I am sure you could plug in your zip and it would work.

Custom radars are by far the best feature of BW (imo). There's a starter thread here:

Also, if you look at Slingbox's signature in the post there is a link to the Bellshare page for custom links. Very in depth and a great resource in building custom radars for BW.

Go to this link to look up your latitude and longitude:
Address Map Coordinate (Longitude/Latitude) Finder

And then replace your latitude/longitude for the one in the URL that was previously posted (centerlat is latitude and centerlon is longitude. And make sure you use the minus sign in front of the longitude if applicable).

The bellshare website is great. Oads of custom maps and directions to make them work for your location, frame count etc.
