    Berryweather locks up my phone I have a tour it won't even run the app any suggestions

    Try deleting it and then reinstalling. See if that works.

    Did that as soon as I click on the app it locks up and does nothing what I want is a weather app that's shows weather on my wallpaper if that makes sense

    Check the permissions before opening the app..maybe check if ur GPS is turned on I think it uses it by default
