I downloaded and paid for berrybuzz 1.0 a little over a week ago, then I found 2.0 and downloaded that.

Its currently still a trial as the code for 1.0 does not work for it. I understand that if you downloaded 1.0 after the 25th of june you can upgrade to 2.0 for free. I emailed customer support about 4 days ago and still no reply, my trial has 3 days left.

What can I do? Any help appreciated
