I have BerryBuzz and SmartAlerts downloaded on my tour and they both work fine except that when a contact that I have SmartAlert color set for texts me, the LED flashes both the default color (BerryBuzz color, not red), and the smartalerts color that I have set for that person. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks a bunch.
It seems that possibly they are crossing each other when a alert is sent to the phone since that is what the apps are made for. Try changing each setting around and if that does not solve the problem try deleting the one you do not need, opposed to the one you love.
It does get tricky.
I think it is better to start with smart alerts for a specific contact......and not to use the same colors for other actions in BerryBuzz.
I should do that myself before my head explodes.
