I have found that my BerryBuzz reminders do not work while the phone is charging via AC cable or in charging pod. When it is on battery all work fine.

I have tried both stock and custom profiles....
ensured it is not in bedside mode...
confirmed using most recent version for 4.7...
ensured that profile isn't changing when charging...
and posted to the bellshare forums for help...

Can anyone confirm they have the same issue? and more importantly does anyone know an app (confirmed to work on the Tour) that WILL enable persistent reminders while charging???

BerryBuzz works just fine for me while charging...

You already said you made sure it's not in bedside mode, so I don't know what else it could be...

Did you try uninstall > battery pull > install > battery pull to see if that will clear things up?

Bedside Mode for me has been rather quirky. When the phone is being charged, go into your clock and hit the bb key and ensure it doesn't say 'Exit Bedside Mode'.

Mine is plugged in right now on USB charging all morning. BerryBuzz appears to be working perfectly.
