Igot that too. Had to do a battery pull. I went into profiles and instead of showing none under alert I used "led flashing". No problems since changing it.

i dont know what you mean by "going into profiles"
theres a button that says "edit profiles" but it just brings up the menu in which i can choose to change from vibrate to silent and stuff
You probably just need to do a battery pull on your phone.
