I had my sms alert LED color set to blue and I changed it to purple. But it still flashes blue when I get an sms. I have rebooted my phone twice and it still flashes blue.

I have changed the colors on other alerts so it seems to only be an issue with the alert for sms

Can anyone offer any help?

Also, is there a way to get the LED for all notifications to keep flashing until you actually read the message, ect? Because as soon as you press a button when the LED is flashing, it will stop

Reset the phone after setting in the new colour.Also check the profile and make sure your Led is set to off.

I have reset the phone after chahe color and saving. And yes the profile is set correctly.

When I change the LED color for something like an email address, it will work.
It just doesn't work for the SMS alerts
